A number of guests mention that you can eat perfectly cooked cheese steaks here. Unfortunately, the staff is competent as many visitors note. I was so upset on how the service was. Myself and my Husband was out enjoying our night when we decided to grab dinner and went to Flipt. I feel was a bad choice the service was horrible and the way my sandwiches where made was with total disrespect. I order cheese steaks on one way and the other another way and both where incorrect. When I asked a question I was totally disregarded and felt ignored when I questioned about my sandwiches. When cook was asked she totally took the cheese off the peppers she put on bread and tossed them on grill with attitude then picked cheese off counter and put back on the roll. Then the other sandwich she put so much onions on it no peppers like I requested to be chopped up in the meat On either sandwich as requested. I never had such bad service before at any restaurant at rivers. It has made not want to dine there ever again.
