We have a humiliating and embarrassing experience in this coffee shop. The guard (a black man) and the old man wearing a civilian shirt, inside the counter drive us away just because a childish, racist saudi woman customer wants our sits, we told this saudi woman to occupy the empty sits but she said she wants our sits which she went to asked the help of the coffee shop staff then this guard and old man staff drive us away from the shop stating that we are only allowed to stay for 1 hr drinking coffee in their shop. In the first place, no one in the counter informed us that they have a policy for every customer regarding the time to stay and enjoy to drink coffee in that shop. The staff should have inform us ahead of time while taking our orders about their policy of time to stay and drink coffee in their shop. Otherwise, we are aware of the time frame. It’s not that the old man and the black guard were angry driving us away because the saudi woman wanted the table that we were sitting. Is this the kind of customer service the staff of this FOAM shop treat their expat customers????? Is it because we are not a saudi citizens that they treated us this way????? I don’t recommend this coffee shop to other expatriates and decent customers .. Unprofessional and humiliating attitudes of the staff !!!!!!!
