Dear Samuel, We're sorry to hear that your very first review was a negative one, and even more so that it was about our establishment. We take the quality and variety of our craft beers very seriously, as we strive to offer our customers a broad and carefully curated selection. Unless you sampled all 27 available taps during your visit (which would be impressive!), we're unsure how to take your comment about a lack of freshness and cleanliness in our beers. Normally, we have 34 beers on tap; at the time of your visit, 27 were available and 7 were temporarily out, as we were waiting for fresh kegs to arrive. Had you asked any of our staff, they would have been happy to explain this. By our math, that’s certainly not “half full,” and we’re proud of the variety we had on offer: a range that included Lagers, IPAs, Sours, Stouts, Porters, Belgian Styles, Cider, and selections from Italy and other countries. You can always view our full and updated tap list on our online menu. Therefore your comment on variety leaves us a bit puzzled. With such a diverse lineup, it’s hard to understand what you felt was missing. Regarding your tips: it’s difficult for us to consider them when they come from a place of assumption rather than experience. Still, thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
