Dined at FRANCEYA tonight, and the meal was absolutely phenomenal! The dishes were bursting with flavor, beautifully plated, and the service was warm and attentive. Highly recommended, all fish courses are amazing, very nice brother chief and sister server, although they don’t speaking English, still doing the best to explained all the dishes with photos on phone. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
