We ordered for the first time and they brought us sweet coffee instead of the average one we asked for and the employee insisted that they have never been told anything about their coffee before and that we should take it lightly. First of all, how do we know if we are ordering for the first time? And secondly, they did not offer to replace it for us so that the customer would be satisfied and order from there again.
