Such great service and timely interaction. The food is always spot on. Zen as soon as you step through the door. Great for family or that special date. We found this place mostly since all other restaurants in town are closed on Mondays. The ramen was great. Fresh and with great taste. We love places that are open for changes and go along with customer’s special requests. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection Vegetarian options: I took the vegetarian ramen and replaced the tofu with beef and added egg.

I was craving ramen and I wanted some nice authentic ramen like I am used to getting in Brooklyn. Well look no further Fuji ramen is that spot! I got the tonkatsu ramen spicy. And then I got brown sugar boba. Oh my gosh they were so good I loved it. The ramen was rich, creamy flavorful all through out. The portion size was great it. Plenty of noodles, meat, broth, and veggies. I loved it. And the brown sugar boba was delicious. It’s hard to find a good boba spot around here but this one is now gonna be my go to. Highly recommend this spot! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
