How come I have never heard of this place?! My dinner was outstanding, everything was freshly prepared, I am familiar with Southern Italian cuisine, but Fabio the Venetian is Northern Italian, and now I understand the subtle difference, case in point, the Venetian Meatball! This is not your regular meatball, it is a made up of cured salamis and cheeses, topped with crispy sage and warm butter, very unique and delicious! We also had the Rosa Di Mele which is stuffed puff pastry, caramelized onions and apples, wrapped in prosciutto in a sweet gorgonzola and arugula sauce, outstanding! The menu is small, however you are able to basically create your own dish by selecting the type of pasta and sauce you want, our server said the kitchen is very accommodating to requests, including Vegan and Vegetarian options. I didn't see it on the Specials menu but I asked for the Fettuccine with truffle cream, fresh mushrooms and Parmesan cheese, it was phenomenal. Friendly service and reasonable prices, will definitely be returning. - Food 5 stars - Service 4 stars - Value 5 stars - Ambiance 4 stars
