Fabric is a charming little bistro in Rome that quickly became one of my favorite breakfast spots. It opens early, which is perfect for beating the crowds and starting the day with a relaxed meal. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, the food is fresh and delicious, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee and pastry or sitting down for a leisurely breakfast, Fabric has that warm neighborhood feel that makes you want to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cute, authentic spot to start their day in Rome. Will definitely be coming back. Fabulous location and wonderful food. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. They worked around our gluten (and soy and nut!) allergy and gave us the best gluten-free pasta we have ever had. Their pasta carbonara is the best in the area (my son tried 3 restaurants and this was his favorite by far!). Their chef is gifted and makes delectable lasagna, tiramisu and pastas. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Oh, and the owner and chef both speak English very well, so yay for making our lives easier and yummier while we visited Rome.
