We visited Chef Fabri’s restaurant with some expectations, but overall the experience was underwhelming. The food and interior were fairly ordinary, and the atmosphere felt quite localized. The lemon shrimp pasta was overly creamy—likely adjusted to suit Korean tastes—so it may disappoint if you’re expecting a more authentic Italian flavor. On the positive side, the duck dish was excellent and stood out. Another downside was the strict 1 hour 30 minute dining limit. Although we understand that there were people waiting, being asked to leave made the dinner feel rushed when we had hoped to enjoy drinks and conversation more leisurely. Overall, it felt similar to many Italian-Korean restaurants in Seoul, and the price did not quite match the quality of the food and service.
