This email serves as a formal notice regarding unethical overcharging at Fahrenheit Night Club, Horizon Manor Hotel. We ordered 4 single vodkas, but were billed for 8 vodkas without consent, confirmation, or justification. Staff later falsely claimed we ordered double. Such conduct constitutes misrepresentation and intentional overbilling. Refusal to resolve the issue only worsened the situation.
