We are usually very pleased with Fairouz Restaurant. The salads and chicken are very good. The chicken kabab roll-up, the kafta and the cauliflower are some of my favorites. My father loves the raw kibbeh. Sometimes the lamb kababs are too tough to chew, though. Generous portions are usually sufficiently seasoned and not overly laden with salt and pepper. The hummus is creamy and the tabouleh is tops. The freshly baked Syrian-Lebanese (pita) bread you get when you dine in is puffy and hot straight from the oven and fabulous. The place is clean and the service great. I don't comment on the prices because food at most restaurants are pricey now.

Everything was delicious and freshly prepared. Our server, Basam, was the absolute best! The baba ganoush in particular was outstanding. We look forward to returning!
