I recently visited Faiza Restaurant after the change in ownership, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience. I ordered the plov and honey cake, and both were absolutely exceptional. The plov was flavorful, perfectly prepared, and beautifully balanced, while the honey cake was simply outstanding—delicate, rich, and delicious. What impressed me even more was having the opportunity to see the kitchen. It was spotlessly clean and well maintained, and the employees preparing the food appeared clean, professional, and attentive to hygiene. I finally got to check out Faiza Chicago for the first time yesterday with a friend, and it completely lived up to the hype. What a fantastic spot! We had to try the Guiru Lagman, and WOW, it was a showstopper! I loved the authentic touch of having all the components served separately. It felt so fresh and interactive, and the flavors were absolutely incredible. The real standout, though, was the staff. Everyone was so polite, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The excellent service truly made a great meal into a perfect dining experience. Even though I'm making the trip from Naperville, it was worth every mile. I'm already looking for an excuse to go back! If you're looking for amazing food and top-notch service, I highly, highly recommend Faiza Chicago. You won't be disappointed! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
