Good coffee, nice atmosphere. But looking skeptical when you ask for a larger carafe of water is very petty. Otherwise just take a euro for tap water. Service: 3 Location: 5

The hotel is in a prime location close to the Altstad. The room is nicely decorated and has all the comforts. Moreover, attention has been paid to sustainability! We didn't have breakfast at Faktorei because we went to the Nordkette courts (within walking distance) early. Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet
