I've cut back on going to Falafel Inc. in mosaic since I saw one of the employees (short guy) making my falafel bowl without gloves. The female worker working in NY bowl with him brought to his attention that he placed falafels in the bowl after taking the glove off but he didn't try and correct the mistake and they both handed me the bag with the same falafel bowl. Some people may be okay with such service, I'm not. Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food here is so awesome and full of flavor! You can even pair your entree with tons of different sauces, which makes it even better. The only thing about this place is that it's really tight on seating, and only outside seating is available. It gets super busy inside, so it can feel a bit cramped. But hey, it's all about the food, which is seriously yummy! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Chicken Shawarma Box, Chicken Shawarma Wrap, Chicken Rice Bowl Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection, Vegetarian menu or section

We had such an amazing experience at Falafel Inc! They truly went above and beyond to take care of my family, and made my wife’s birthday feel incredibly special. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of great energy. The staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our celebration memorable. Everything—from the food to the service—was on point. The mood was beautiful, relaxed, and perfect for such an important occasion for us. Thank you for helping us celebrate such a meaningful day. We’ll definitely be coming back Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Falafel Bowl, Chicken Shawarma Wrap
