Took a friend to Falafel Sam for lunch. It was my first time there though I had it delivered before. We ordered falafel sandwiches, zaatar fries and Baba Ghanouj. The food was prepared quickly but was all fresh and delicious. The falafel spices were just right, and the tahini and topics were perfect. The zaatar fries were zesty and went very well with the sandwich. The winner for me was the Baba Ghanouj, which had the right consistency and flavor. I love that it did not hold back on garlic and it came doused in good quality olive oil, just the way I like it. I’ll definitely return since the place has excellent food, is fast and was a great place to sit for lunch. Great hole in the wall store with the owner running the place. Got the falafel sandwich combo, sandwich was crazy, fries had great seasoning. Also got the falafel platter, the tabouli was particularly amazing with strong olive oil taste which I liked. Apparently they will serve meat options in a few weeks, would definitely come again whenever I return to DC. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We absolutely love the za’atar fries here, honestly some of the best fries we’ve ever had. Every time we come, the owners are incredibly friendly and the food always comes out fresh and delicious. I also love their version of orange Fanta, which somehow tastes even better than the original. Such a great spot all around. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
