Absolutely phenomenal! Fallbrook Café knocked it out of the park. I ordered the Hobo Omelet and it was next-level-loaded with flavor, perfectly cooked, and paired with crispy, golden hash browns that brought the perfect crunch in every bite. And the coffee? Wow. Rich, smooth, and honestly one of the best cups I've had at any breakfast spot-hands down. You can tell they really care about quality here. The staff was warm, welcoming, and on point, and to top it all off, parking was super easy (which is always a win). This place checks all the boxes and then some.
