Everything there tastes microwaved. Locals don't go there. I see the smoker on very rarely and I don't think there's meat in it. I seems like they make or bake it somewhere else there's NO BBQ smokiness or flavor at all. Also it's definitely not freshly made it seemed about a day or two old. It was also clearly microwave before it was handed to me. You should never microwave me it turns it rubbery not just that you shouldn't microwave it anyway! The sides are old and soggy there's absolutely nothing good about this place I'm surprised it's still in business. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The Ribshack Que's "Rub, smoked and perfected" catchphrase only scratches the surface on how flavorful and robust the barbeque tastes at this cozy, convenient pit stop off of Old Highway 395. The tender, succulent brisket, ribs, pulled pork and even the chicken fingers are crafted on the premises, along with the signature barbeque sauce. When paired with the smokey rich Cowboy beans, you'll enjoy one heck of a delicious, satisfying, blowout of a Texas style feast. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
