Quite the dining experience at Fallow Kin. The food tasted good and the presentation was interesting but the food wasn’t filling and was different than we thought it would be when ordered. Service was great and the restaurant is beautiful. An appalling experience from the moment we arrived. Despite having a reservation, we were left waiting 30 minutes and then offered inferior seats that were not the seating we reserved. The maître d’ was dismissive, unapologetic, and seemed utterly uninterested in basic hospitality. For a restaurant trading on prestige, the service was a disgrace. Michelin should stay away from this place. Abominable service, arrogant attitude, and nowhere near the standard it pretends to represent. The way we were treated was so dismissive and disrespectful that it left us seriously questioning whether bias was involved. Service: 1
