I find it a bit difficult to find a good matcha in Minsk. Stopped by at FamCoffee to give a shot to their matcha. Ended up discovering blue matcha! Barista kindly offered this variety and I was not disappointed. Blue matcha tastes milder and made from dried flowers of Butterfly Pea. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
