We were really disappointed with the experience, even though the food was excellent and fully satisfying. What we really can't accept was the service: as soon as we entered, we found all the staff sitting down for dinner. After a while of looking around in disorientation, they only gave us a nod to tell us to go and order at the Totem. At the beginning we even mistook them for other customers. We placed an order for €51 between us – a significant amount that should guarantee adequate service – and instead, after taking the order, the kids calmly continued to eat dinner for another twenty minutes. Only when they finished their dinner did they decide to serve us, without even an apology. Such behavior is unacceptable and completely ruined the experience. You don't feel respected in the slightest as customers, and management like this really risks damaging the reputation of the place. I've been elsewhere and hadn't been to Fame Chimica for a couple of years but what a nasty surprise. It was the place where I took those who came to visit me from outside, and everyone was amused by certain exaggerated and ironic proposals but above all satisfied with their stomachs and taste. Last night I found crazy prices and reduced portions. While reading, I read out-of-this-world answers where change is denied. Yesterday I got a baguette that is less than half the length compared to before, perhaps reduced by 2/3, but it costs 13 euros (and it wasn't the menu version). And it also left something to be desired in terms of taste: anonymous bread tending towards the Mac type too if better, and a large amount of sauce to drown everything as if to hide the reduction of the ingredients. I'm not speaking on behalf of those who were with me but same old story. What can I say?
