My husband and I went 3 weeks ago to celebrate our anniversary, we have a bad time, I wouldn't call it a fine dining experience. The whole dinner took us about 2hrs since the service was so slow. From the beginning the host/waitress look annoyed, speaking so low it was hard to understand her. It wasn't a busy night, yet the service was incredibly slow, it took forever to being the first drinks, the steaks are good but salty, the desserts definitely came from a box, the cocktails are very good, the service was mediocre at best. They turn off the lights on us while we were having dessert and waiting for the dessert drinks, which of course took forever, my husband had to go find the waitress, she was chatting with the bartender while we were eating in the dark, she came with a tiny lamp, no apologies and no drink, yet again we had to wait, finally we paid and left as soon as we could. For what was supposed to be a special night, this was a terrible choice of a restaurant. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

From the start we had very slow service, it took a long time to even be acknowledged and took even longer for drinks. It was a pretty slow Thursday night. The food was disappointing for the price. I ordered the filet which was very salty and lacked flavor. The dish came with veggies and mashed potatoes, but the veggies were just more potatoes and they were cold and soggy. It was essentially just a plate full of potatoes. To top it off we had to track down our server to get our check. Definitely won’t be returning, for a restaurant that is claiming to be high end, they lack customer service and meal quality. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $50–60

Was excited to see what the new ownership did with the place. Love the art deco design of the bar. It's nice to bring in a fresh aesthetic to Sisters. The drinks were great, the food was really good, and our server was very pleasant to chat with. Looking forward to going back and hope Famille will be around for a long time!
