Ordered HOT STRONG COFFEE waited 10mins and even follow up the order. After the wait STAFF/ CREW served COLD STRONG COFFEE instead of HOT STRONG COFFEE. I said how come it’s COLD not HOT. He insisted I ordered COLD and argued without telling any apologies. That’s worst customer service I’ve encountered.
My friend can’t drink COLD COFFEE. And made me SPEND more for ordering another cup.
Paying attention to your customers order - asking apology. But that’s missing - first time to visit yet not good EXPERIENCED.
