Food is decent, but one woman who works there never gives me the chilli paste they have in the little containers. Everyone else does everytime. She trys to lie to me. First time she told me that its costs extra so I told her thats fine and then she gave it to me reluctantly, and asked me how I knew about it. The next time she just told me they didn't have any wich is not true because I went up after and asked someone else for it and they gave it to me. I even tipped her $4 and im always polite but she still always gives me an excuse.... Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. I have been a loyal customer for the past two years, and as a pure vegetarian, what happened today was completely unacceptable. While eating my meal, I found a piece of chicken in it. I had already taken two bites before noticing it, and the rest of the meal was left untouched. When I brought this to the attention of the lady at the counter, instead of apologizing and immediately offering a replacement, she argued with me and called the owner. The situation then turned into a heated discussion. What was even more shocking was the owner’s response. Rather than showing concern or apologizing for such a serious mistake, he stated that “these words cannot replace my meal for free” and was unwilling to replace the meal. Perhaps this may not seem like a big issue to them, but for someone who is a strict vegetarian, accidentally consuming non-vegetarian food is a very serious matter. It is not just about the cost of the meal—it is about respecting customers’ dietary choices and values. Eventually, after a lengthy argument, the meal was replaced. However, by then the damage was already done. The complete lack of professionalism, empathy, accountability, and basic customer service was deeply disappointing. Not once did I receive a sincere apology. After being a customer for two years, I expected much better treatment. Unfortunately, this experience has ensured that I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place to others. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

At lunch time, I got a box of food from Famous Wok. It was very tasty, especially the lemon chicken. It was crunchy outside and soft inside. I love it. Also, the service was great. They always have smiles on their faces. It makes me feel comfortable. I will buy foo from them again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
