I have been in food and Beverage management for more then 20yrs. The owner is excellent with great customer service. While waiting we had a great conversation and the our food came and oh my god fantastic, tasty looked amazing and did not disappoint. We have tried many places here that come and go, customer service and quality is the challenge over and over. Fancy Bagels owners approach to service and customers is perfect.
