The owner of this establishment is unprofessional and rude. He shows little regard for others and handles customer complaints in a hostile and inappropriate manner.

Sean the store manager was a pleasure to work with. Was in shopping for an anniversary gift. Not only a great person but helped me find the perfect selection for my wife. This will be my go-to Fannie May location. Highly recommend.
