The worst ever they impose a mandatory minimum order on guests: they have to either order food or choose a drink accompanied by a dessert, with no other option available. What is even more disappointing is that guests are asked about their choice as soon as they enter, in a very rude and unprofessional manner. Service: 1

Very disappointing experience at Farida Tucano branch. I found a hair in my fries, which was already unacceptable. Then the burger was even worse—the meat was extremely rubbery with a very strange taste, and we couldn’t finish it. Considering the prices aren’t cheap, the overall quality and hygiene were shocking. Even the serving mat was worn out, cut, and covered in stains. Definitely not going back. Price per person: E£400–600 Food: 1
