HORRIBLE. The only reason that i gave this company a star is because it's a requirement. They have the worsr customer service ever. I have never been treated so poorly as i spent my money. A few years ago i ordered from them and had to call and email them just to find out my total. I had to ask for an ETA. I had to hawk this order as a burden. Like i said, that was years ago. Their price information was totally misleading, which money is not one of my mysteries. I just wanted to know what it'd cost. Underhill Farms actually struck me twice I'm ashamed to say. I decided to order venison from them again. It seems years wiped away the horrid memory of my experience. So a week ago i had a friend to order me venison as a Birthday gift... From THEM. She bought the most expensive sampler on their list and was given no information. She emailed them in order to get a confirmation number, again for price, again for tracking detail. Each except the last receiving one word responses. No customer service whatsoever. They never sent the tracking info as requested. Then i received what was supposed to be a birthday gift and the most expensive sampler that they had and it didn't even have what i was ordered inside. They had NO venison chops. All i got was rubbish cuts of meat, labeled as steaks. And 3 lbs of ground venison. If i wanted this, my gift wouldn't have been the sampler, it'd had been this. I will never order from there again and will make it my life's purpose to make sure that add many people as possible know what to expect from this company. Thanks alot for ruining my bday dinner party. They didn't even have the common courtesy to let her know that the items ordered were not available. They were just standoffish. She sent me the emails.
