We’re sorry to hear that your recent experience did not meet the expectations you had from your previous visits.Just to clarify, our team is always happy to assist with cooking the BBQ upon request, so please feel free to ask us at any time during your meal.Over the past four years, we have had to make some difficult adjustments to our menu as food costs, wages, rent and other operating expenses have increased significantly. As part of maintaining a reasonable balance between quality, pricing and sustainability, some less popular dishes were removed from the menu. However, our BBQ selection has actually expanded compared with four years ago.Regarding our side dishes, we continue to prepare them using fresh ingredients and adjust some items seasonally. That said, we take your comment about their quality and taste seriously and will review it with our kitchen team.We genuinely appreciate your feedback and hope we may have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience next time.
