Pizza was delicious with many options and more. Just a bit sweet for our tastes. They sat our party of 8 with no problems and still excellent service and they split the bill! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Great service especially since we were there as a group from my nephews baseball team. We showed up on whim and at 7pm on a Sunday evening and only waited 10 minutes for 5 tables in same area. Incredibly fast considering. Then for 5 tables that included 11 adults and 12 kids only one teenage girl took all the orders and didn't mess up a single one. I reiterate, this teenage girl DID NOT MESS UP! She was excellent , clearly hard working, always smiling and was very attentive. Arguably the best customer service I've seen in a long time. I highly recommend this spot just based on that little girls work ethic. And I also had five in my group and only paid $120 and that included 2 cocktails 2 pizzas, a pasta bowl and a huge tray of nachos plus soda for 3 kids ... not bad honestly Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I usually love the food at Farrelli's Pizza. I had take out today for a work lunch meeting. I got half way through my salad and noticed a bug in my salad. It was a dead bug and still had all its legs. (thank goodness) I called to let them know that they should check their salads for bugs because I had one in mine. I know it happens, I used to own a restaurant so I totally understand how that can happen. Still, I was really surprised at the response. The girl that answered the phone was really nice, but I was surprised she wasn't more concerned. She just told me that they wash all of their lettuce by hand and sometimes things like that can happen. She thanked me and said she would let the kitchen know about it. I guess I thought that maybe she would offer to replace the salad?? The rest of the team wouldn't eat their salad. I'm sure the rest of the salads were just fine. I was surprised at the lack of customer concern. I have always loved the food there. I just wish they were a little more concerned with a customer with a bug problem. Like, "I'm really sorry that happened to you. We hope you come back and give us another try and the salad will be on the house". Nope, none of that was said. I guess I just expect too much. lol Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3
