Extremely rude and hostile waiter, when asked if they had a table they answered NO without even looking. There was 10+ empty tables, lots of waiters doing nothing and no explanation. Just a rude NO. Don’t suggest foreigners or tourists coming to this place, there is lots of nice and friendly places alongside the gardens with memorable service and nice staff but don’t bother to step foot in this one. Venue, beautiful. Service, brilliant. Food, decadent. Atmosphere, a tad dull. Definitely recommend Fasangården to anyone looking for a special or romantic meal. It is a little pricey compared to other venues but you pay for the experience as well as the food. The only thing we felt was lacking, was the overall feel of the room we were located in. It felt a little like an after thought, as though they found an empty room to accommodate an overflow of unanticipated guests. The room lacked character and decor and the acoustics made the room a little noisy. However, you will not regret spending an evening at Fasangården and you will leave, almost certainly, looking to return for a second occasion. Parking: There is no parking at the venue. Depending at what time of the day go to Fasangården, you are unlikely to find street parking, which you will have to pay for, unless you live in the area. Your best bet, is a parking garage which is a relatively short walk from the venue. The best way to get there, is by public transport or by bike, which is the Copenhagen way anyway. Kid-friendliness: For evening meals, this is not a place for kids under the age of 12, this is emphasized by the fact that there is no kids menu. Wheelchair accessibility: There are a couple of shallow ledges, steps that may require assistance but overall, wheelchair bound guests are accommodated for.
