I took my brother here last Tuesday for his 21st birthday, he wanted to spin the wheel. We go in and sit at the bar. The bartender approached us, looking HIGHLY annoyed, and took our drink order. He gave us our shots and then walked away. We took our shots and sat there for a good 5 minutes, the bartender walked past us at least 5 times and completely ignored our "we'd like another drink stares." I had to wave him down to ask him if my brother could spin the wheel. He nodded his head and before I could even order another drink, he walked away. My brother got up and spun the wheel, it landed on $20. The bartender then comes over and tells my brother that he needs to sign a form first, throws the clipboard on the bar, and walks away again. My brother signs, spins again, & sits down. The bartender comes back, grabs the bar cash chip, throws it on the counter in front of my brother, & walks away again! I had to get the other bartender's attention in order for my brother to order a drink with the money he won.
This guy did not smile once & did not say more than 2 words to us. I understand that being a bartender may not be the most glamorous job. And maybe this guy was having a shitty day, but it's absolutely not okay to let that shitty day rub off on your customers and ruin somebody's very first bar experience on their 21st birthday.
Word of advice to management...if you're going to hire assholes, at least hire assholes with good costumer service skills. ????
