I had high hopes, but no. It just wasn't good. Got the dumplings and they were dry as a bone because they make them and keep them under a heat lamp for hours. Got the steak and chicken with rice and no veggies. I somehow assumed they'd give me more meat, but instead, I got 2 pounds of rice. The sauce they give with the dumplings isn't good and they only give you a teaspoon of it. The chicken was overcooked and dry. The rice had zero flavor. In all, just bad. I won't return.

Stopped by F&F Japanese Grill in Irving and had a decent experience overall. The portions were generous, which was definitely a plus. The beef was pretty good and had decent flavor, but the chicken was a bit dry. The rice also tasted like it had been sitting for a while and wasn't as fresh as I would have liked. The food wasn't bad by any means, and the serving size gave good value for the price. That said, nothing really stood out or impressed me enough to make it a memorable meal. It's a decent spot if you're in the area and looking for a quick Japanese-style grill meal, but don't expect anything amazing. Food: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner
