A fantastic place to experience authentic Italian food. The owner is from Italy and is extremely personable. He takes great pride in his work and it shows in the food he makes. Visiting an authentic Italian pizzeria is always a delicious and memorable experience. I recently had the pleasure of dining at "Fast Italy", a pizzeria located in the heart of Pattaya. From the moment you enter, the welcoming and rustic atmosphere makes you feel at home. The traditional decor with wooden tables, checkered tablecloths and historic photographs on the walls creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The menu offers a wide range of pizzas, from classics such as the Margherita and Marinara, to house specialties with fresh, seasonal ingredients. I opted for a "Pizza Margherita" and was impressed by the quality of the ingredients: the tomato was sweet and tasty, the mozzarella stringy and creamy, they were perfectly balanced. The pizza base, cooked in the traditional oven, was thin and crunchy at the right point, with that characteristic smoky flavor that only chef Franco can impart. The service was impeccable, with the staff friendly and attentive to every detail.
