Guests don't highly appreciate pizza and coffee at this cafe. From the visitors' point of view, employees are unpleasant here. The nice service is a big benefit of Fastrac. But many clients who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

It's 6:35. You guys open at 5am. I've called 3 times and all it does is ring. Just trying to order a breakfast pizza so I dont have to stand and wait in your gas station. Like seriously come on....

Ordered a Detroit style pizza and someone purposely put a hole ton of uncooked marinara sauce on it after it was cooked throw door dash

EDIT: Downgraded review to 1 star based on completely generic corporate response to original review. Everything you need to know to fix the problems and improve my experience is in my original review. A quality reply would have been to tell me how / when / what you're doing to address these issues. Original Review: Tap to pay with chip card never is an option at the pumps. You always have to use the less secure card slot to pay with a credit card. Pumps almost never print receipts. Occasionally pump will direct you inside to get your receipt, which just isn't worth it. Other times, like today, the pump's printer will make noises but is clearly not operational (out of paper or other), as no receipt is printed. If this wasn't the closest gas station to me that had both diesel and ethanol free fuel, I wouldn't ever go here. For such a simple transaction, getting fuel, they really try to drive you into the convenience store... at the expense of my personal convenience of performing the entire transaction at the pump!
