Fat Franks offers you nice food and a place to rest after a long walk around Old Strathcona. This place is proud of nicely cooked hot dogs. It might be nice to try delicious beer.

** Fraud alert!** These people are thieves. We hired them to cater our Sept 01’s wedding midnight snack and gave them $750 as a deposit. They called us 10 minutes prior to when they were expected to show up saying they won’t be coming. I asked for our deposit back 4 days ago - we’ve been ghosted. No apology, no money. We will be going to the media and suing.

I've loved Avenue Dogs from Fat Franks on Whyte Avenue for years but dropped by today for one and it was terrible. The wiener was undercooked, bacon microscopic, grilled onions tasteless and even the pickles didn't measure up. Not sure if it's under new ownership or something but I won't be going back until they fix it.
