Extremely disappointing experience. (And I cannot emphasize on how EXTREMELY disappointing it was) The menu clearly listed our beers at $6.50 each, so our total should have been around $19 since we each took 3 beers. When the bill arrived, we were charged $45—more than double what was advertised. When we asked about the huge price difference, the owner told us that the prices on the menu were “retail only” and that the prices for customers drinking at the bar were different. Nowhere was this made clear before ordering. Displaying one price and charging another is misleading and unacceptable. Instead of correcting the bill or taking responsibility, the owner simply offered us one extra beer, which completely missed the point. Transparency and honesty with customers are far more important than a free drink. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you decide to go, make sure you confirm the actual prices before ordering, because the menu may not reflect what you’ll actually be charged. Service: 1

Recently tried Fat Monk and it was a nice experience. Their wide variety of beers really makes them stand out, with many different types and flavors that are worth tasting. The service is good. They also have food, but I didn’t try it this time. Order the Gouda cheese bites with the beer. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Valet, Free of charge parking garage
