A friend of mine was physically attacked in this bar. He was picked up and thrown to the concrete floor, resulting in a shoulder injury from which he has recovered. This incident should have been reported. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I mean, it is definitely a dive so if that is your vibe, then you will like it. Our bartender was rude and I really hate how much plastic waste they go through using plastic cups. I mean, if you don't want to use glass then maybe explore some more sustainable options.... Pool tables are small so if you're looking for a proper game, this isn't the place. Price per person: $20–30 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The Fat Parrots was a great little bar that is sort of like a hidden tiki hut where you can have a few drinks and spend time with some friends. It is a private club but membership is $1 a year. They have a pool table if you prefer to play a game or two... And they have music and karaoke on Friday and Saturday nights. Personalized dollar bills are hanging throughout the bar. Bartender was friendly and attentive and kept the cold drinks coming which were reasonably priced. I enjoyed my visit with a friend and will definitely be back again!
