Food was ordinary. Not sure if my order had less care due to being a delivery and being such a simple order (plain rice and red curry without vegetables) rice was quite dry upon arrival, asked for extra spicy and it hardly felt like there was any spice, at all? Apart from that the delivery guy was nice sorry, but I’m not too “impressed” with my order. Will try again sometime as you guys are rated the best on UBEREATS around all surrounding suburbs. So little disappointed sorry. Not trying to bash your restaurant at all, just being honest! Hoping for better next time. Cheers Price per person: $20–40 Food: 3 Service: 5

Have to confess I am very disappointed. Ordered a meal tonight for delivery using the delivery method Fat Rice prefers. After waiting 45 minutes I began to wonder if I had put my address. I checked my email (which I had provided as well as phone number) and had received nothing. I checked my bank account and the money had been taken. I rang Fat Rice to check they had received the address only to be told they weren’t doing deliveries that night. I was confused as my money had been taken but no goods received. I mentioned that the money had been taken from my account. I was then asked if *** was my name to which I responded it was. I was told that they had my order but again weren’t doing deliveries but the order could be put through and I could collect it. Considering the money had already been taken from my account I agreed to that option. I find it hard to understand why I was not contacted by the restaurant when they had my contact details.
