Pig barbeque ahead. Get there early, they will run out. Best pulled pork in nc. Coming from a guy originally from KC. I hunt out the best places across the country and this place is hard to beat.

I'm a native Texan that has been in the North Carolina area going on for 10 years.There are not to many places in North Carolina that sell SMOKED BRISKET!!!! Until this past Saturday, I must say that I have never experienced BBQ like I experienced at Fatback's BBQ & Rib Shack!!!!! I just want to THANK Fatback's BBQ & Rib Shack for THE BEST BBQ EXPERIENCE EVER since leaving Texas!!!!!THE FOOD, STAFF, AND ATMOSPHERE COMBINED TOGETHER MAKE FOR A LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE!!!!!
