This is not your classic Pinoy cuisine but a fusion and a twist that made it uniquely good. The taste and the portion is good. The chefs were very nice and hope they keep up the good work. I wish them the best and hopefully we will be able to enjoy their good food served in a dine-in set up in the future. Fatboys Fried Rice delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with attention to detail. The fried rice was perfectly cooked with great texture, and the chicken was tender, well-seasoned, and finished with a rich, savory glaze that really stood out. Portion sizes were generous, presentation was clean, and everything tasted like it was made to order—not rushed or sitting around. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. This place is so dang good man it is unbelievable and i will never go anywhere else in Jacksonville here to get fried rice these boys do it right and on time and fresh and hot as can be to order never once been disappointed those guys in the kitchen are down to earth people and hook you up the right way and are always super nice and always willing to laugh with you and are beyond grateful for all the support they get and you can tell the love and flavor In every bite of food they made always am leaving happy and full every visit to these guys no matter what!!!
