I'll absolutely be moving forward with pursing the claim against who stole my phone.
Here's where we had a problem.
After we received our dishes, the server NEVER came by even once to ask how everything was, did we need anything else, nothing!!!
No where to be found.
So we finished our dinner and I had to ask for the manager again.
Now the server came by to give us the dessert menu.
The manager took about 10 minutes to stroll on by our table.
I clearly told him what happened.
All he did was listen, SMILE, and sort of acknowledged what I said.
That was the strangest response I have ever received in a restaurant.
So we continued and ordered one dessert for the two of us to share.
When we got the check, again I was surprised that the dessert wasn't complimentary considering the server disappearance throughout the meal.
Given the prices and the situation that took place, that would have been the right thing to do. Not good management at all.
With food costs at an average of 30%, a $4.00 dessert loss on a $140 bill is a no brainer.
There are many places to go and eat in the immediate area, so we will definitely try many other before coming back here.
