His food is innovative, delicious, and always amazes. Fayolle's table is a treat and experience of the senses. From presentation to execution of his plates. He excels in both small intimate meals of savory bites and large banquet style dinners leaving everyone satisfied. With an incredible range of cuisines there are no boring "seen it before" dishes. Rather texture, colors, and flavors that "Pop". I highly recommend you taste for yourself! Bon appetit!
