Michelle was amazing! She was so helpful. I had my 2 year old and 6 month granddaughters in with me for lunch and Michelle took such good care of us. First time ever at a Fazolis today and I'm genuinely impressed. The price was reasonable and portions were good. The food arrived very fast. The bread sticks were way better than I honestly expected them to be. This location was very clean and well maintained and the employee that took our order was very friendly. I'm mad Ive never had Fazolis before and I'll definitely be back to try other options. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Michelle, at the Northland Avenue restaurant, was very attentive and helpful. She helped one of our guests, who had never eaten at Fazoli's, by explaining the different options on the menu. She was very patient and kind. She also followed up by checking on us in the dining room making sure that we had everything and that we were enjoying our meal.
