Staff was inattentive. I ordered a baked ziti and medium drink at 19:15 hrs. My food didn't get to my table until 19:47. No one walking around bringing hot fresh breadsticks. The ones on my tray were lukewarm and lacked garlic butter. The baked ziti was slightly more than lukewarm. The place was deader than a doornail. Only two other people were there. Management didnt have a clue. If I could give this place an F- I would. 30 mins to get baked ziti is ridiculous. What a disappointment. Fazoli's used to the best.
