It was an amazing experience! We were going to take the food to go but we decided to stay and it was totally worth it! They kept on giving us breadsticks and refilling our drinks! The food was delicious! Highly recommend!! Great value as well for our family:) Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I am so impressed with Fazoli’s Okotoks restaurant. We had the luncheon special- spaghetti, lasagna and fettuccine plus salads today. Good portion sizes and the salads were crisp and plentiful. The prices were excellent. The service people were friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean. I will be going back again and would encourage people to give it a try Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've had Fazoli's in the US before - this one (only the 2nd one in Canada) is superior. Super clean, and happy, nice staff. Listen - if you are not 100% happy FOR ANY REASON, just tell them. The staff here are empowered to "make it right" and if that doesn't make it great - ask for Gracie (Manager). All these folks want to do it make their guests happy, so SAY SOMETHING if you are not. I bet you they'll make it right! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
