If everything was fine the first time, the second time we were put in some cold room, moreover, next to the storage room, where employees constantly went. But the worst thing was the last time, yesterday, when a table for six was booked in advance near the PlayStation, but in fact we were offered some kind of sofa with an armchair, clearly not intended for six people. The employees on the phone are constantly confused, last time they said that the table near the PlayStation is not bookable, in fact it turned out that it can be booked, which we did in advance to come yesterday.
