At the intersection, tasty gelato but will be rushed to make scoop flavor selection and try samples The order flow is pay 1st for scoops/type desired and then 2nd pick scoop flavors If they're gonna rush customers, they should show flavors beforehand or provide samples separately! The chocolate shop is next door with limited customers at a time - the sample was quite tasty!

Our group of 7 visited this shop at 1730 on 22/01/2026 to try the ice cream recommended by our driver. The place was relatively empty at that time. We were told that we had to make payment before trying when we asked. We complied thinking it was a special rule in consideration to customers who tries but doesn't buy. There were 3 staffs servicing us at that time, however were met with very unfriendly attitude from a male staff while trying. When I chose my 1st choice, I was urged with an impatient tone to choose my second choice. At this point I only tried 1 flavour, when I asked to try the 2nd flavour, the male staff gave me an attitude of annoyance through his actions and unfriendly gaze. I chose my 2nd choice in a hurry and asked to try from another person instead, a lady who was seemingly friendlier. At this point, the man urged again with even more annoyance in his tone for my 3rd flavour. I chose a random flavour in a hurry and left, not making a scene. I could understand his impatience and unfriendliness if we didn't actually pay prior to trying but we paid the full amount, so I think his attitude is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. My friends were also unhappy with the service of the male staff. One of us made a feedback to a senior female staff after the incident. Hopefully the boss is alerted to this issue and take actions to prevent poor services to customers. Additionally, the ice cream flavours are indeed delicious though the portion is disappointing. Perhaps its the SOP, or the impatient male staff was scooping lesser deliberately. One thing to highlight, the female staff in the chocolate shop was very friendly and approachable. We liked her service very much as compared to the male staff. I have included pictures to provide evidence to my purchase. Please do not visit this place to avoid ruining your mood, like we did.

Feeling 18 Ice Cream offers some truly unique and special flavors that you won’t find anywhere else. I absolutely love it! Each bite is a delightful experience, with flavors that are both refreshing and creative. Definitely a must-try for anyone looking to enjoy something different and fun in the world of ice cream!
