I visited FEEND which is a very nice ,newly opened restaurant in Victoria Gates Casino in the City Center. From I walked in I was greeted with a genuine smile and warmly welcomed. I ordered a Burger because my daughter had been raving about it which was the reason why I visited. The Burger was huge and the friends was also a very large portion so much so that my daughtet and i shared it and my son was unable to complete his food for the very first time as he usually' wolf ' down everything and ask for seconds. I had the buffalo butter sauce which is extremely spicy so if you're like me and you like spicy do order it. The ambiance was right, the setvice was excellent but what impressed me was the friendly nature of the manager Jacob. His energy was absolutely amazing . I'm definitely going back. Firstly I was very reluctant at booking a pizza party for our works Christmas party however I was very pleasantly pleased with the food . The choice of pizza was fantastic and the chips was gorgeous. There was also a varied choice of dips / sauces and the desert was delicious they even boxed up the remaining deserts what was remaining due to a few members of our party not attending. I would definitely book again with this food company and recommend to anyone. There was plenty of food to go around and the staff was great 5 stars all round . We will be returning at some point . Nestled inside the Victoria gate casino this restaurant is serving incredible food with excellent service! James was great at chatting with us about the menu and bringing us outstanding dishes. We had the Reuben folded sandwich, buffalo tenders, garlic Parmesan fries and salted caramel custard tart! All fantastic! Only weird bit was being in the casino- we were eating at 6pm on a Friday when nobody else was which was quite strange but ignoring the atmosphere we’ll definitely be back! Thank you Katy, we’re so chuffed you enjoyed it. I’ll pass this onto James too. We were closing off the restaurant for a large private event at 7:30, I hope it didn’t detract from the experience too much.
