Great potential, but details and service miss the mark Our experience was mixed. We moved from a "Classic" room to a renovated one after the first night because the old room was worn out and smelled unpleasant. While the new room was significantly better (wood floors), both room categories suffer from old, gray towels and duvets that are simply too thin for winter. Positives: • The modern wellness/sauna area is nice • EV charging is available. • Some specific dinner dishes (dumplings, pasta) were delicious. Not so great: • Service: We found the general attitude dismissive. Questions were not handled with the hospitality one expects in South Tyrol. • Food: Breakfast is basic. The dinner experience was inconsistent: while some dishes were good, vegetarian options in the evening were lackluster and treated with reluctance. Furthermore, fresh vegetables were often missing from the set menu. • Pool: Cramped and stuffy compared to the nice sauna. Verdict: If you book, definitely choose a renovated room, but be prepared for "basic" service and linen quality.

Schade das Sie sich bei uns nicht wohfühlten, also di eZimmer sind unterschiedlich, wird auch so auf unserer Webseite kommuniziert. Schade auch das Ihnen unsere frisch zubereiteten Speisen, Hausgemachte Nudeln Teigtaschen und Knödel nicht so geschmeckt haben, unser Service 6 Tage Shuttle zu den abgelegensten Orten im Tal, die Farbe der Handtücher, die Betten sind eigentlich in allen Hotels so, benutze ich auch selber, gerne hätten Sie ja mit mir wegen der vegetarischen Küche mit mir reden können, ich hab Sie ja jeden Tag gefahren, Wenn Sie beim Frühstück etwas vermisst haben warum sagen Sie es nicht vor ORT? Übrigens, schade das Sie unser einheimisches Fleisch nicht probiert haben.Ich denke wir haben uns sehr wohl bemüht Ihnen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu machen, aber ging wahrscheinlich falsch.

Food and drinks: Colazione molto spartana, quasi essenziale, con più cose salate che dolci. Menù in italiano approssimativo. Noteworthy details: Disponibilità di ricarica per auto elettrica. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great value
