Felice

Felice is a pub and bar nestled in the Otacho area of Kobe. While it maintains a minimal profile on Google, it’s largely absent from other popular restaurant directories, meaning there might be some uncovered charm for local adventurers to discover. The venue offers classic bar fare like alcohol, beer, cocktails, and spirits, paired with food options that let patrons unwind and socialize. Notably, Felice allows outside food and provides table service to enhance your visit.

Entertainment at Felice is bolstered by features such as bar games and karaoke, providing a lively and interactive atmosphere. However, accessibility options are somewhat limited, as there is no wheelchair-accessible car park or entrance at the premises. The ambience leans towards casual and cozy, making it a comfortable choice for groups seeking relaxed outings. Reservations are accepted, and NFC mobile payments are possible, though it's unclear whether credit cards are an option.

Felice operates a unique schedule, welcoming guests exclusively from 9 PM to 4 AM every day of the week, positioning it as a late-night destination. Despite these offerings, user reviews remain nonexistent, potentially reflecting its overlooked status or undisclosed experiences. The absence of detailed information from the owner leaves certain aspects about Felice somewhat enigmatic, inviting those curious enough to explore this lesser-known establishment firsthand.
